EXPERIENCE TERMS

These terms apply to Airsoft Experience (18+) and Gel Blaster Experience (14+) bookings made through our instant online booking flow.

Booking

Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed after successful online payment.
  • Prices are shown per person and calculated at checkout based on group size and selected add-ons.
Changed Plans?

Cancellation & Refunds

More than 7 days before75% terugbetaling
72 hours – 7 days before50% terugbetaling
Within 72 hours beforeNo refund
  • A transaction cost of €0.96 is deducted from each refund.
Flexibility

Player Changes

  • Adding players is allowed up to capacity limits and requires payment of the price difference.
  • Removing players is allowed until 48 hours before start time.
  • Bookings cannot be reduced below 8 players.
Eligibility

Age & Group Requirements

  • Airsoft Experience: all participants must be 18+.
  • Gel Blaster Experience: all participants must be 14+.
  • Group size must remain between 8 and 20 participants.
