Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in airsoft is at your own risk. By entering the field, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with airsoft, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, and collisions.

The field may contain obstacles and props used for gameplay. Any actions such as running, sliding, jumping, climbing, or other voluntary maneuvers involving these obstacles are undertaken entirely at the player’s own risk.

All players must follow the briefing instructions and safety rules provided by staff. It is mandatory to listen to and understand the briefing. Failure to do so is at your own risk, and if the organization determines you are not capable of playing safely, you may be removed from the event without refund.

Waiver of Liability

By booking and attending an event, you agree to:

  • Release and discharge the field, its owners, staff, and event organizers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation.
  • Acknowledge that airsoft involves physical activity and unpredictable situations, and that some risk of injury remains even when safety rules are followed.
  • Accept full responsibility for your actions, including decisions to perform high-risk moves such as running, sliding, or jumping.
  • Recognize that wearing appropriate protective gear and adequate footwear with good grip is strongly recommended. Sandals, slippers, or other unsuitable shoes are permitted but entirely at your own risk. The organization is not liable for injuries resulting from a player’s failure to use adequate protective gear or footwear.
  • If you purchase tickets for other participants, you are responsible for sharing the Terms and Conditions with your guests. Guests redeeming a ticket remain personally responsible for knowing and following all rules, as these are publicly available at all times. The organization is not liable if a guest fails to comply because the purchaser did not communicate these Terms and Conditions.
  • The organization may capture photo and video content during the event for promotional and community purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such content, it is your responsibility to inform the staff before or during the event. Requests made after the event cannot be guaranteed, especially if other participants are visible in the content.
